Bedrooms: There are two spacious dual aspect bedrooms each with a 5 feet double bed.. Both bedrooms have large built-in wardrobes
One of the above bedrooms has an en-suite with a shower. The other has a bathroom with toilet just across the hall. A further toilet with wash hand basin is off the hallway. Upstairs in the Tower there is another bedroom with twin beds. This is the only room with stairs all the other accommodation is at ground level.

 

Contempary feel: The house has beautiful features that have been carefully installed to work with natural surroundings.

 

 

 

 

The Elegant Lounge: In the lounge there is a comfortable three-piece suite, a log-burning fireplace and doors that lead onto the west-facing terrace. Here there are far reaching views over the surrounding countryside.

 

 

 

 

Kitchen/Dining: Large fully fitted kitchen includes gas/electric cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. It is fully equipped for ten people. This room is the hub of the house and, measuring approximately 10m by 5m, comfortably accommodates the main large dining table.

 

 

 

Covered terrace: Enjoy countryside views in this sun retreat that extnads along the whole front of the house..

 

 

 

 

The Pool: The private swimming pool has paved terraces, sun umbrellas and sun loungers.  The pool depth is 1.25 metres and measure 9m by 4m and is open from early May to end September.

 

Warm, Welcoming & Entertaining

For winter lets, the house has full oil fired central heating and there are plenty of logs for the fire.

A welcome pack of essential starter groceries will be provided for guests on arrival and in addition the house is stocked with a number of essentials such as tea, coffee, cleaning materials, condiments etc.

For entertainment, there is satellite television receiving all main UK channels, there is also a radio/cassette/CD player so don't forget to take your favourite CD's and audiotapes. The house is also stocked with a number of board games, CDs, videos and there is table tennis, bats and balls in the garage. In addition, there are two bicycles for use should guests feel energetic! Four golf trolleys are also available.
